Paraphrasing someone famous

"The whole idea of geisha is a great metaphor for being an entertainer, because on one hand you're privileged, but on the other hand you're a prisoner". By Madonna.
Madonna points out the two sides of being a very famous artist like her. These two sides have advantages and disadvantages. The advantages might be the fortune, the money whereas the disadvantages could be the lack of privacy, the constant pursuing by the paparazzi, etc.

  2. “A burnt child fears the fire”
It’s a popular speech in United States. In Brazil, by Portuguese, we have the same in another sentence like “once wet cat, it fears cold water”
We don’t know who said this phrase first, but the author pointed out about some bad experiences in our lives. Sometimes you don’t do something because you’d lived a bad experience in a past and you won’t do the same again.
We keep in memory all our goods and bad moments of life. We know what is good and allowed to do, but sometimes we have feel in our skin the bad experience and remember it when that moment is again in front of you.
A person which lived a lot, makes less mistakes.

  3. What is the number one secret for happiness? And Katherine you said you followed the dating rules - now that you're married, what are the marriage rules, other than the obvious?

    Katherine Heigl:
"I'm not very good at being a wife because I sort of break them all. So does he though, so whatever. I think at the end of the day the thing that Josh and I learned about marriage was that... he's one of my all time favorite people. He's just such an awesome guy and it's not a lot of work. There is always work, there is always compromise, and stupid moments. 'Really? Really? You can't put your Coke can in the trash? Really?' That will always exist, but I think the most important thing we've learned in the last year and a half, or that I've become more aware of and grateful for, is that this person is always on my side. He's always on my side. Even when we fight, it's rough, we're tired and pissy with each other or whatever, this person is always on my side. I'm always on his side. That is the one thing I think you cannot mess with. You have to support each other even when you get pissed. All those underhanded, little snarky comments, all the resentmet that bursts at times, you have to remember you're a team. There's nothing more valuable in this world than having that partner, having that person on your side, because it gets kind of lonely, scary and weird out there. And I love being able to go home to him."

The actress point out that she learned a lot about marriage with her husband in the last year. She learned that in a relationship you must make some concessions to live as good as possible with the other person. That person who is by your side is your friend and you two have to work together to make it right. She also reports that she loves her husband and he's with her in every moment of her life.

    Ludwig van Beethoven:

"Born in 1770 in Bonn, Germany, Ludwig van Beethoven started playing the piano before he was four years old. By the time he was twelve, this child prodigy had already composed his first piece of music. When Beethoven was just sixteen he went to study in Vienna, Austria, then the center of European cultural life and home to the most brilliant and passionate musicians and composer of the period. Beethoven proved to be a gifted pianist and an imaginative composer.
Beethoven is remembered for his great genius but also for his strong and difficulty personality. In one infamous incident, Beethoven became so upset with a waiter that he emptied a plate of food over the man’s head. Despite this type of behavior, many in musical and aristocratic circles admired Beethoven, and music lovers were always Beethoven’s greatest supporters. This fact did not prevent him from losing his temper with one or another of them. However, because of his talent, Beethoven’s friends always excused his insults and moody temperament".
